Priority Responsible Funding, LLC is a non-recourse legal funding company intended to assist Trial Lawyers in their quest to achieve the best possible outcome for their injured clients.  We believe our commitment to provide responsible funding, competitive rates and transparency is what makes us a frontrunner in the industry.

Priority was founded by a Florida trial lawyer with 35+ years experience representing plaintiffs in complex dispute resolution cases.  Additionally, the underwriting and vetting effort of the cases is overseen by two attorneys with 70+ years experience between them. This lengthy experience has enabled Priority to create non-recourse funding products for plaintiffs, lawyers and the medical professionals community. We offer a wide variety of funding products: Medical/Surgical, Litigation, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Medical Treatment and Care, Pre-Settlement and Post-Settlement. Priority’s growth trajectory has been bolstered by work with numerous cases involving TBI and catastrophic injuries, as well as work with some of the highest nationally regarded attorneys and law firms.
