Please Join the PBCJA Women's Caucus as we continue to present this series of 4 events with leading local plaintiff attorneys as they invite us to connect while enjoying some of their favorite activities.


The first in our 2024 Leadership Connect Series line up is a Family Day at the Farm with Special Guest, Jennifer Lipinski.


Jennifer Lipinski is an attorney with a civil trial practice dedicated to the pursuit of justice for Florida’s injured with a focus on personal injury and sexual abuse. This also includes representing victims of crime, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death, among other areas.

Ms. Lipinski has been lead counsel or co-counsel for several million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Most recently, Ms. Lipinski was lead counsel in a sexual abuse case that resulted in a $2,600,000 verdict against a rehabilitation center who failed to supervise their employee/agent. Ms. Lipinski also helped secure the largest settlement of record at the time against a government entity – $1,800,000 – following the wrongful death of a mentally disabled teen. In 2014, she was a member of the trial team who obtained a $21,000,000 verdict for the wrongful death of a 37-year-old mother and wife who tragically died due to the medical malpractice of a popular laboratory company. She frequently tries cases to jury verdict and is not afraid to take on corporations or defendants who harm her clients.
